C-Series: Downloading Recorded Video Clips from the SD Card

Prerequisites:

  1. SD Card Preparation: Ensure the SD card is formatted and ready for recording.
  2. Recording Configuration: Set up the recording configuration before accessing recorded videos from the SD card.

Steps to Download a Recorded Video Clip:

  1. Click on the Recording section located on the left-hand side menu.
  2. Click on Search Recordings.
  3. Scroll down and click the Search button at the bottom right. This will display the full recorded retention time on the SD card.

  

 4. Under the Actions tab on the right, click on Download.

   5. Select the Date From and Time From for the start of the clip.

   6. Use the drop-down menu to select the clip duration from the selected start time.

   7. Click Download. 

A progress bar will briefly appear, indicating the download status.

Once the download is complete, the file will be located in the folder specified for the default download location. The file will have a .MP4 extension. To play the file, double-click it and open it using any MP4 video player.
