C-Series - Enabling the EVO-12 ONVIF Emulation Mode

Process

The EVO-12 ONVIF Emulation Mode allows the seamless implementation of C-12 in an existing Evolution 12 installation. Enabling this mode will change the ONVIF device name to EVO-12NXD 

Note: HTTP will be automatically enabled to support this feature. 

1. Log into the camera web interface 

2. On the left – hand panel, click on Device 

3. On the top left-hand corner, click on Device Information 

4. Scroll down to the button of the page. 

5. On the bottom right-hand side of the EVO-12 ONVIF Emulation, click on the icon to enable the feature. 

6. Click on Save.
